4 years of experience in project management, consulting, account/partnership management, or business development in a sell-side digital media environment.
Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's degree or PhD.
Experience interacting and building relationships with executives.
Knowledge of the app ecosystem and the competitive landscape across APAC.
Ability to contribute to and to execute a long-term strategic vision.
Ability to work independently on project deliverables in a fast-paced ambiguous environment.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and to report regularly on activity impacts, demonstrating excellent analytical skills.

The Global Partnerships, Publisher Solutions, and Innovation team is responsible for ensuring that new features and solutions are effectively activated in the market, that our solutions are fully optimized once deployed to publishers, and that regional product needs are effectively documented and communicated to inform new product/feature development.
In this role, you will help develop, execute and continually monitor and report on activation strategies/tactics focused toward driving product adoption of Google’s publisher and developer facing products. To do this, you will demonstrate in depth knowledge of the mobile industry, the advertising landscape, and the important levers that drive growth from our publisher partnerships. You will take initiative in setting and executing goals, devising creative methods to drive feature adoption and regularly report progress to regional stakeholders. Additionally, you will be comfortable documenting impact while executing collaboratively across Google’s functional and regional teams.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
Take responsibility for supporting the activation of both existing and emerging products impacting sell-side publishers and the ongoing optimization of our suite of products from a mobile-first perspective.
Develop, execute, and continually monitor/report on activation strategies/tactics focused on driving product adoption of Google’s publisher and developer-facing products.
Support and communicate effectively with English speaking clients.
