Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Demonstrate strong customer mindset. Understand and quantify the customer wants through various tools and translate them into metrics and maneuvers to support fuel economy and performance feel attribute development & implementation.           .
Knowledge of China FE regulations. Work with SE&SE team to define the right label strategy and develop the content to achieve the best company FE compliance.
Develop attribute futuring methods and tools to support the target setting process.
Utilize analytical CAE tools to improve vehicle energy efficiency.
Develop Excel based tools and methodologies to assist in the development and implementation of vehicle P/T attributes.
Provide methodology and tools training to the attribute implementation team.
Conduct vehicle development/certification testing and data processing/analysis of test results.
Work with a global development teams to streamline process and tools.

Candidate Specification
Education Qualification BS degree or above
No. of Years of Experience 5 years
Professional Exposure

(Technical Skills) Good understanding of overall vehicle energy usage and Systems Engineering.

Knowledge of Vehicle Powertrain Systems & Attributes (Fuel Economy, Performance Feel, Weight).

Proficient in use of Matlab, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Word.

Familiar with CAE methods and tools.
Preferred previous experiences Powertrain design, calibration, or homologation experience a definite plus.

Driver's License and actual on-road driving experience.
Functional Skills Strong oral/written English communication skills.

Strong skills in issues resolution, project management, and organization.

Proficient in vehicle evaluation, testing, data analysis, and presentation.
Behavioral Skills Team player - demonstrated ability to develop good working relationships.

Strong experience in working in different cultures, systems, and processes.

Quick learner – willingness to take risks, fail, and ask questions.

Self-initiating and intrinsically motivated.
