4 years of experience in running digital advertising campaigns for clients.
Experience in online measurement, operations, ad networks, DSPs, digital video, programmatic, and other platforms.
MBA or other advanced degree.
Experience with developing relationships, and being accountable.
Ability to run auction-based display campaigns across Google Marketing Platform and Google Ads. Ability to think strategically and analyze clients' needs.
Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.
Developed business acumen, problem solving and project management skills.
Demonstrated communication skills, detail-oriented, with an analytical mindset and technical aptitude.

The gTech Ads team is a solution-generating force that helps our sales teams and advertisers. These solutions need to be scalable to support millions of customers worldwide. In addition to troubleshooting on the customer side, we work with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services to improve our products based on the evolving needs of our users. As a cross-functional and global team, it's our job to help keep the lights on and the ads fresh.
As a Programmatic Account Strategist, you will work closely with our Sales team to understand our strategic advertisers’ performance goals and help them meet their digital marketing campaign objectives. You will collaborate with global stakeholders in Sales, Product, Engineering, and Vendors to help bring these solutions to life.

Manage account growth by building campaign solutions, developing campaign strategy, and monitoring/optimizing for spend and performance to meet and exceed customer marketing Key Performance Indicators.
Use advanced optimization techniques across Mobile and Video to optimize marketers’ display spend. Analyze trends and develop bid strategies, manage creative assets and budget allocation decisions.
Identify opportunities in an account. Create and support multi-product solution promotions and collaborate with the in-market Sales team to create a growth strategy for potential advertisers.
Collaborate effectively with Vendors and in-market Sales team to drive growth plans for our large advertisers. Develop and apply knowledge of market for vertical and sub-verticals in solutions offered.
Contribute to global scaled solutions efforts, document best practices, socialize performance scenarios, follow process guidelines, build business requirements documents to help influence product development and optimization automation.
