Programme Management team member - Senior Consultant
You would be a part of Programme Management Office (PMO) team in Vilnius, working on the biggest and the most interesting business transformations happening in Baltics and European countries. Hands on programme management functions would include proving programme management support on a wide range of projects under the IT enabled and business transformation programmes, reporting and governance duties, developing project plans, managing issues and risks, coordinating the works of the projects’ teams, facilitating regular meetings, managing budgets and forecasting, and enabling to drive the delivery of projects according to plan.
The role will require the candidate to work closely with EY clients’ management teams to solve problems that combines both business and technology. This is an exciting hands-on role for a person who has a thirst for new challenges as well as new technologies. The candidate should possess good analytical skills, strong communication both written and verbally, a logical approach to problem solving, be able to work in a fast paced environment liaising with demanding stakeholders to understand complex requirements, and be able to prioritize work under pressure with minimal supervision.
2-3 years of relevant experience working in a similar role/ environment as a member of project management team
Knowledge and experience in software development lifecycle and project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, Prince2)
Ability to develop strong relationships with projects’ teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills problem solving and analytical skills
Experience in issue/ risk management, change management, working with geographically distributed teams
Time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives; willingness to work with multiple topics at the same time
Experience in project management software and overall IT literacy (variety of tools and platforms, extensive use of MS Excel, Microsoft Project and PowerPoint)
High level of spoken and written English
