Description

Responsibilities


Direct and execute carpet care projects to include bonnet and extraction


Direct and execute floor care projects to include buffing, scrubbing, stripping and waxing


Properly identify pads and chemicals to use for surface preservation and efficiency


Responsible for general equipment maintenance to include small repairs to vacuums, walk behind scrubbers, buffers, automated floor scrubbers and carpet extractors


Maintain all payroll records, performance documents and disciplinary actions


Assign tasks to workers based on job requirements or special assignments


Perform quality control to conform with Harvard and customer standards


Train new and existing staff on proper cleaning techniques and support a team mentality


Ensure proper safety equipment and techniques are utilized and adhered to


Order and issue supplies and equipment
