Objectives of the Position
•The China Advanced Analytics Team is the center of competence for providing internal Data Science Services and the necessary IT structure to implement advanced analytics into everyday business. It owns hosts and maintains the China Data Lake that holds all the relevant Big Data Sources in China.
•The Product Owner of the China Advanced Analytics will project support the Data Scientists and Big Data Architects in their daily work and develop functional business solutions for the business units and facilitate the data flow into the lake. While using agile development and the scrum model he/she will deliver the algorithm protypes and architectural solutions in cooperation with the relevant parties in China and globally. The Product Owner will ensure business processes/logic/priorities are implemented as designed and intended in accordance the overall strategy and architectural framework. He/she will ensure close communication and collaboration with business (local and HQ) and internal partners of relevant Big Data Source systems (local and HQ).

Task description
•Gather and analyze business requirements for new advanced analytics services and data ingestion in China
•Help define Big Data strategy and roadmap for ingestion
•Detailed definition through requirement documents and careful project planning
•Take on the responsibilities of product owner in an agile development team
•Work with Data Scientists and Architecture team to ensure the successful delivery of product
•Ensures the final product delivery to the expectations of business and consumers
