Description

Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager (Procure to Pay) you will design project and team websites on various platforms, including gSites, TouchPoint, and RocheNet. You will participate, as and when needed or otherwise appropriate, in cross-functional or other project teams, proactively identify opportunities for continuous quality improvements. You will be responsible for handling all types of data requests. Typical scope of activities includes, but not limited to following activities:
Data Collection ( Includes data entry, data transfer and data download from existing reports/trackers),    
Data Consolidation ( Consolidate data from various sources and formats and structure the data as per the requirements of the analysis),
Data Cleansing (analyze the raw data for accuracy and work with data providers to cleanse clean-up & validate the data to meet the requirements of the analysis),
Data Analysis (analyze data as per the requirements), KPI formulation (defining KPI’s and / or PHI’s).
Reporting to the Process Excellence Manager Europe you will be also responsible for:
Making conclusions from data and presentation of data analysis summary in required formats - graphs, tables, power point presentations, etc.
Setting up data collection tools and processes for future recurring analysis. Recommend methods to be used to collect, analyze and manage data to improve data quality and efficiency of data systems
Recommend KPI formulation and its measuring
Interviewing and gathering information (on phone or face to face)
Preparing project templates (e.g. charters, business case) and slide decks
Requirements:
You have University or College degree with excellent written and spoken command in English. You have 3-5 years of procurement operational or support experience, knowledge in continuous improvement is an advantage. You have strong analytical skills, you will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions. Furthermore you have the following skills and qualifications:
Communication Skills: Data analysts are often called to present their findings, or translate the data into an understandable document. You will need to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas.
Critical Thinking: You are able to look at the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings.
Attention to Detail: You have to make sure data are vigilant in their analysis to come to correct conclusions.
Organizational Skills: You will work with many documents and must be able to organize and easily retrieve respective documents.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desirable
