We are recruiting Quality Assurance officers to our Biotech operations

We are looking for Quality Assurance officers (QA) to our multi-product and single-product facilities, where we manufacture biotechnological drug substance (DS).

As QA officer, you will be part of a team that is responsible for the quality assurance of manufactured DS. The team responsibilities include process and quality support to manufacturing and QC laboratories, deviation investigation reports, change control, validation / qualification, both to perform and assuring the quality of other colleagues. Releasing the manufactured drug is also part of QA’s responsibilities as well as management of quality systems and contacts with customers. Depending on candidate profile, performing supplier audits.

We work in a product flow based organization and Quality Assurance is an important part of the production flow.

Your responsibilities include:


- Quality support to production and quality control laboratories.
- Perform, review and approve deviation investigation reports, change control, validation/qualification.
- Review of Batch Records, related documentation and release of DS (in some cases also raw materials and utility).
- Create, review and approve various documents and reports.
- Actively participate in the sites work in continuous improvements, independently as well as in team oriented improvement activities.Your responsibility is to assure right quality in DS produced in the facility in accordance with cGMP and internal requirements.  

Your skills and qualifications will ideally include:


- A masters  degree in a scientific discipline
- At least a few years of experience from pharmaceutical industry.
- Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English

The positions are permanent employments. Some production is 24 – 7, so shift work may be required.
