You have an interest in recruiting and a hands-on approach when supporting the Recruitment team in attracting and developing the talented members of our consultant team. You find it inspiring to assist in the end-to-end interview process for our graduate hires. Planning and participating in recruiting events across our targeted universities sounds like great fun to you. You always keep your eyes focused on the optimal ways of delivering a task with top-notch quality and professionalism but you can easily juggle all these with a given budget and time frame.

Job Responsibilities
You enjoy being the contact person for applicants and consulting staff involved in the selection process. You shine with your knowledge and understanding of our recruiting database.  You identify and manage the right priorities for the following tasks:

Plan and execute the graduate interview process administratively for the Oslo office, including

Manage and screen incoming application flow and maintain the application database
Schedule candidates for interviews, prepare internal interview schedule, and support interview day
Support candidates on preparation for interview e.g. case training
Participate in follow up process after internships and similar tasks
Be an integral part of the recruitment process from end to end
Plan and execute recruiting events in collaboration with the recruiting and consulting team, including

Scoping and planning events within budget
Event marketing
Participant screening
Event participation
Talent follow-up

Basic Job Requirements
Your skills and qualifications include but are not limited to:

Ba/BS degree or similar
2-3 years of relevant working experience from Recruiting/Talent Acquisition
Good knowledge of the local Norwegian Graduate market
Fluency in Norwegian and excellent written and oral English
Excellent communication, presentation and interaction skills
Good PowerPoint and Excel skills; general computer proficiency
In addition, you:

Have an excellent ability to build relationships and trust, and work collaboratively internationally.
Have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once.
Stand out with strong attention to detail, despite multiple deliverables and short deadlines.
Maintain a high level of initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, persistence and collaboration.
Exhibit a natural drive to get things done with focus on high quality and excellent service.

Additional Information
You will work with the Nordic Recruiting Team and you will be based in Oslo - a multicultural office with a fast paced and dynamic working environment. The Recruitment team is very collaborative and enjoys learning and supporting each other. Your manager, Recruiting Manager Norway, will be a great resource for support and trouble-shooting, and will provide development guidance and support as you grow at BCG. Some travelling will be required, mainly within the Nordic region
