Build and maintain robust reporting for budgeting, strategic planning, financial management and sales analysis to support regional decision making.
Create executive ready PowerPoint presentations for various reporting needs including the APAC budget/Strategic planning presentation deck.
Create ad hoc sales and pipeline analysis that provide analysis and insight to senior stakeholders.
Assist with preparation of APAC CFO/CEO presentations or sales performance packs (eg QPR/townhall presentations)
Continually identify process and reporting improvements that improves quality of deliverables in the finance function
Drive a culture of robust forecasting throughout the business by working with the countries to improve consistency and accuracy, especially in support of Finance 2020 / Transformation projects and initiatives
Maximise return on investment in CRM, Sales Insights and other systems by achieving & communicating the benefits from the original business case.
Defining and agreeing local customised country/divisional reports and MI reports.
Experts in report building and scheduling report deliveries as and when required derived from Business requirements
Maintaining existing report templates.
Investigating and supporting reporting Issues including bugs and errors.
Specialist expertise in the CRM Reporting tools, allowing for the provision of advanced training to the CRM Reporting Users.
Proven background completing projects under aggressive financial and time constraints
Experience building and/or working with financial (Hyperion, Oracle) / Sales tools and systems (
Excellent people skills with proven track record of working with remote stakeholders effectively. Demonstrable experience of cross cultural working is important.
Written and oral fluency in English
Would be strong advantage if candidate can demonstrate:
Good knowledge in managing/supporting CRM tools, especially
o Strong knowledge and development experience with Excel/VBA and SQL server; macros, user-defined functions,
o Evaluates and troubleshoots existing VBA-enabled templates to fix defects and optimize execution 
     • Good interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders
     • The ability to work in a complex, fast paced environment and respond under ambiguous situations
     • Good analytical and problem solving skills, an unfaltering attention to detail and is highly logical and numerate
     • A continuous improvement mind-set and experience in process improvement will be an added advantage
