How will you contribute on a day-to-day basis?
This role will be managing a varied EMEA portfolio of Digital Content merchants. You will be looking at developing the long-term partnership with the merchants - understanding their payments needs as well as well the broader business agenda. From this we can match our propositions to the clients' requirements and continue to build mutually beneficial engagements.
We are looking for someone who can develop opportunities to 'cross-sell' within existing accounts. As an experienced Relationship Manager you will work as part of an account team to increase our share of wallet in the Digital Content vertical as well as work with Vertical leads, Delivery and Product Managers to develop customised solutions and advice on merchant growth and contribute to the overall GTM and roadmap.
What will make you the right fit for the team?
You will have a background in a client-facing role in the acquiring or cards arena, ideally with experience of large international corporates. You may have a background in sales or account management or you may have held a more analytical role, as you will forecast and analyse - but you will certainly have confidence in your communication skills and strong commercial awareness. You will ideally be familiar with a 'solutions based' approach to selling as well as have an appreciation of the technical side of acquiring.
This role requires playing a role within a team with common goals, working with data to provide analysis and research, the ability to influence others and to form persuasive arguments, the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and a goal oriented mind set.
