Job purpose / Overview

Evolve way of working to identify any improvement opportunities for sales fundamentals thru leading entire sales operation tasks
Collaborate with sales leadership team to consistently provide the highest quality service and support to meet and exceed the internal/external customer’s expectations
Comprehensively manage sales data management process and consistently deliver accurate reporting with valid proposals for proper decision making
Conduct effective coaching to the junior associates to consistently deliver the expected outcomes.


Analyze/manage 200K line of daily sales data from wholesalers
Provide daily shipment report for all stakeholders (to 50+ associates)
Customer master management which includes 6,000+ customers’ information
Provide monthly KPI tracking report for 30 sales reps
Manages 100K+ of personal information and 2,800 of pet shop’s bank account information which are acquired thru the P/K recruitment program.

Key responsibilities

Analyze “Day-by-Day sales data” from wholesalers, FTR (Flow to Retail) data including error data matching with the existing pet shop information in the master.
Conduct FTR sales KPI tracking to be ready for important business decisions on key account management and sales forecasting
Lead to maintain J-Clara, the unique and selective distribution scheme, to sustain optimal WOW for achieving the brand mission.
Provide FTR sales KPI tracking report affecting performance evaluation of entire sales organization.
Lead cross-functional task-force to continuously evolve the Sales-Force-Automation system to optimize WOW of entire sales organization (Call planning / review process and performance feedbacks from supervisors).
Flawless daily operation and KPI tracking for the PK recruitment program
Lead periodic reporting process for the executive meeting

10% for Salesforce automation system management
20% for P/K recruitment program operation


Job specifications / Qualifications

Advanced IT literacy (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Experience to lead cross+-functional team
At least 3 years working experience in FMCG industry or related indsutry
Business level English is required. (TOEIC :600+, R & W skills are required)
Preferable for having sales experience
Bachelor or Master degree
