Implementation of the sales strategies for sustainable sales development. Take the responsibility to continuously improve the sales results of the product portfolio according to the measures described by strategies via product promotion/introduction, proposals of marketing plans, analysis of and proposal of sales / distribution channels, pricing proposals, analysis of market.
Enhance and acquire new distribution network. Push sales of all strategic segments (Construction Machinery, Agriculture Machinery, Bus, Rolling Stock and Others) to appropriate customers via appropriate channels.
Provide weekly business forecast data and monthly business review data. Provide professional information on market development, market share and market trends.
Define customer needs and product application to enhance achievements of sales target. Push new technologies to all potential customers and introduce valued products, particularly focus on customer needs for new OEM acquisition.
Interpret and manage the needs and expectations of dealer through effective planning, management, and communication. Handling customers' complaints and help dealers to relocate products during product shortage.
Team work with RBU product management team to incorporate promotions after product is complete. Provide all the support and equipment for the successful accomplishment of Paint Contest Activities.
Monitor AR from time to time. Recovery of accounts receivable to ensure the stability of cash flow.
People management. Develop sales team members and leaders. Lead and coach teams and leaders in change processes
