The demographic is cosmopolitan to include: Spanish, Scandinavian, Dutch, British, French, Belgium, German and Russian.
As part of their significant growth strategy, the Managing Director has decided to appoint a high calibre, accomplished and successful Sales professional. This individual will preferably bring significant experience of the Real Estate sector and possess qualifications to Degree level or equivalent in Real Estate, Finance or Business and ideally be bi-lingual.
This role will be the focal point of Sales & Marketing activity, meaning the successful candidate will play a lead role in increasing sales in targeted sectors. The incumbent will be a natural coach/team leader and the type who knows not only how to set but to beat targets, and who prefers to be measured on contribution rather than rhetoric. They will have a record of operating successfully at a senior level in a competitive high value marketplace and understand the diligence, flair and personality required when dealing with demanding and discerning clients.
