Directly reporting to Head of Sales, our candidate will be responsible for:Coaching field sales team in order to ensure the regional growth objectives;Monitoring field sales team activities to improve their efficiency;Implementing the regional sales and marketing plan ensuring contract profitability;Following field sales team on customer accounts profitability and controlling payments reliability as well as customer satisfaction.
Our successful candidate will have the following skills & experiences:
Bachelor degrees from reputable universities, Engineering degree is preferred;
5 to 10 years of B2B commercial background in added value products in Industrial markets is a must, previous regional management experience will be a great plus;
Strong communicator, analytical and strategic approach;
Great team management capabilities;
Advanced level of English.
