Sales Manager - Mobile Electronics, Performance Solutions Division - Seoul, Korea-171801
Description
 
Drive profitable revenue growth with commercialized Mobile Electronics products (Venting Solution and Electronic Components materials) for assigned customers.
Developing & expanding long-term customer’s relationships to achieve first in mind for Mobile Electronics Products (Venting Solutions and EC materials) for customer’s new projects and maximizing customer’s satisfaction.
"Consultative selling" with technically-oriented customers. Managing the customer’s project using CRM (SalesForce)
Playing active role in our market facing team based in Asia Pacific region and globally:
Regular, effective communications of customer unmet needs and market trend to Market Development Associate (MDA) /Market Growth Champion (MGC).
Developed and execute sales strategies
Negotiating pricing.
Development and attainment of sales forecast
First level technical and quality support for customers and work with Application Engineer locally.
Communicate territory strategies internally through regular use of Sales Tools.
Qualifications
 
University graduate or equivalent knowledge and experience (Engineering background, MBA a plus)
More than 5 yrs technical sales experience.
Strong & proven sales track record with value selling background
Good technical background (able to understand key technical knowledge for venting, electronics and filtration business)
Exposure working in multinational organizations -  dealing with multinational company accounts
Good business sense and with general understanding of sales, marketing and marketing communications
Proven strategic selling skills, demonstrate ability to understand and translate customer requirement into venting and electronics product needs
Demonstrated ability to work with other FSA’s to develop global accounts
Good communication, problem solving and presentation skill
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
Strong self assurance and Confidence
Enthusiasm/Energy, Proactive; self-motivation, teamwork
Easy to fit with Gore culture
Able to travel and work during weekends
