Description

Our client who is a well-known provider in the financial markets and is looking for a strong Sales Manager, covering buy side clients based across the ASEAN region. You will drive Solution Sales focusing on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for buy-side clients across a given territory with both existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specific pitches and serve major accounts. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholders to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.About the role:

-Singapore and ASEAN focused role

-Sales focused on buyside clients, mostly existing accounts, but a very hunter role

-Focused on wealth desks across Private Banking as well as mainstream buyside segments

-Good understanding of the work flow at Banks

-Product coverage across different asset classes

- Over 5 years of industry, sales or market experience


Qualifications and Experience Required:

-Deep market understanding including a Strong understanding of customers' business model workflow

Experience within commodities, EMS or trading solutions would be preferred.

-World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a “hunter”

-Strong sales ‘closer’

-Significant Product and Workflow Expertise (e.g. knowledge of financial modeling, Excel, MS Office)

-Knowledge of trading floor tech / data apps

-Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills

-Presentation skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal skills

-Ability to organize and execute a sales plan

-Proven track record in a quota bearing sales environment

-Experience selling to C- level executives
