The role of Commercial Manager SCM Product is mainly responsible for enabling the Sales organization to effectively sell the SCM product and add-ons. The position is part of the Global SCM Product team.

For this responsibility a professional approach to product management and product management life cycle is required. Relevant expertise in logistics industry is required.

Way of working needs to be Agile, sensitive to a matrix organization and across multiple geographies. The team works according to Agile practices and leverages knowledge and skills to support teams in building and maintaining new products.

Position responsibilities include:
•Analysis of market landscape and vertical specific needs and trends
•Formulation of value propositions and related sales and marketing collateral
•Tender support
•Product trainings
•Internal communication
•Customer meetings
•Uncovering new revenue streams and product solutions (bundles) - focus on buyer experience/personas
•Book of Business reviews
•Customer retention
•Drive revenue growth
•Constantly evaluate the value proposition by assessing the competitive landscape.

We are looking for

You will work with cross functional teams in the pursuit of maximizing commercial opportunities.
•Solid industry experience (3PL, supply chain management) in international supply chain management
•Commercial product experience
•Market research knowledge
•Understanding of customer buying behaviors and processes
•A commercial mind with good understanding of product development and value selling
•Basic digital knowledge
•Excellent Presentation and creative material writing
•A commercial mind with good understanding of product development
•Experience in working with Agile
•Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills; both written and verbal
