providing globally IT, HR, finance, project management and strategic business
services to EY member firms.


Within last few years our portfolio of IT services within
EY Global Delivery Services became wide spread around the globe. We are running
multiple international, from small through medium-to large software
implementation projects worldwide, amongst other working on implementing web
and cloud based solutions leveraging most of modern technologies e.g. Java,
Corda, AI/ML, Spark/Hive, etc.


Right now, we are looking for a Scrum Master Developer to
join our EY GDS Advisory team in
WROCLAW
focused on providing IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in
EMEA region.


The
opportunity:

We
are responsible for the
development of tax, insurance or banking technology products. We follow agile
principles to create human-centric transformational technology.
As
a part of our global team you will participate in international projects based
on Java and MS Azure (cloud) platform


What you will do:


Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership. Exhibit the
behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader with a Lean-Agile mindset.
Facilitate the team’s progress by conducting the
agile ceremonies including impediment & blocker removal toward the goal.
Help the team achieve in areas including quality,
predictability, flow, and velocity. Helps the team focus on daily and Iteration
Goals in the context of team objectives.
Lead the team’s efforts in relentless improvement.
Support the Product Owner.
Build a high-performing team. Focus on
ever-improving team dynamics and performance.
Communicate with management and outside stakeholders.
Help protect the team from uncontrolled injection of work.
Promote Continuous Delivery and other technical
practices.
Help coordinate inter-team cooperation
Promote DevOps culture and tools

qualify for the role you must be

Strong
team player, able to work effectively as part of cross-functional and

problems, issues and solutions.
Excellent
communicational skills (stakeholder management, negotiation, facilitation,
influencing) including strong skills in active listening to improve team
effectiveness and performance.
Dedicated
professional towards meeting project deadlines in a timely manner.
Able
to operate independently and adapt quickly to change
5+
years of experience working with agile methodologies
2+
years working as Scrum Master.
Demonstrate
strong written and oral communication skills to interact with the business
in a clear and effective manner.
Scrum
Master certification is preferred
Agile
methodologies Certification (eg SAFe, SCRUM, other), is preferred
IT
Infrastructure, CLOUD and/or SW development background, is preferred
Experience
in working with virtual teams, is preferred
Excellent
and fluid written and verbal English language is required
Proficiency
managing the existing tools: MS office tool understanding (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint is excluding). Project Management/Collaboration tools like Team
Foundation Server/Jira or related. Virtual & collaboration such as
SharePoint/confluence/virtual boards/etc.
Excellent
English Language verbal and written communication
Willingness
to travel to the customers locations on need basis
