Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.Responsibilities:

- Plan and formulate marketing programs and develop action plans for marketing initiatives
- Evaluate and recommend changes to operations and channels to streamline operating procedures and improve sales process
- Develop marketing initiatives by gathering market and competitors' information and situation
- Coordinate and co-operate with different internal channels and gather professional comments on the development of marketing programs
- Regular review of business momentum and status of the programs and suggest improvement action items
- Meet preset business budget for related products
- Execute planned marketing programs in a controllable way
- Take initiatives on new product development
- Co-ordinate with immediate manager to come up solutions for problems identified in daily sales activities and operations


- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of solid working experience in product and marketing, preferably in retail banking or SME marketing
- Experience in business strategy formulation
- Participation in product development is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong people management skill
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
