Security Operation Expert - Vulnerability Prevention Analyst, Novartis, Prague, Czech Republic
There are around 3000 applications which we use in Novartis. The Security Operation Expert will analyze and coordinate the software. The role is part of Vulnerability Management - Prevention operations. The person will focus on End of Life & Legacy systems, external security scoring services and certificates.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Ensure that treatment plans are delivered to the agreed SLA, engage application managers and asset owners
• Coordinate crisis management with relevant stakeholders, if required
• Oversee problem management and drive identification of root causes as well as sufficient prevention of recurrences
• Ensure adherence to documented operational procedures to maintain system integrity
• Ensure that configuration items are identified, accounted, reported, verified and audited (where applicable)
What you’ll bring to the role:
• Fluent English
• Master degree preferred
• Experience in analytics tools (Excel as must have, Power BI is advantage)
• Experience in Shared Service Center preferred
• General IT and Security knowledge
• Great analytical skills
• Great communication skills
