We are looking for a strong Senior Brand Manager in the Nordics to drive our Infant Formula business. Our business foundation is built upon developing strong brands that create value for our customers and consumers as well as Nestlé. That is why we are looking for you!

You will be part of the Nordic Infant Nutrition brand team based in Ørestad, Copenhagen. We are a team of 12 passionate professionals working with a mix of global (NAN, Naturnes) and local brands (Piltti), nurturing a healthier and happier generation, in the centre of our business with many internal as well as external stakeholders.

You will report to the Nordic Marketing Manager, Mads Ørnstrup Rahbek. Occasional travelling primarily to the other Nordic markets is expected.

Are you ready for your future challenges?
As Senior Brand Manger for Infant Nutrition, your job will be to offer consumers the most scientific and innovative products within Nutrition and help to support parents throughout the first 1000 days. In this role you will:

Drive I/R projects and pipeline from idea to launch
Create Nordic Brand Plans to be executed in our 4 markets
Market analysis and assessment of consumer insights/trends
Create and execute consumer communication with our partners
Drive strong consumer engagement activities (fairs, bloggers)
Lead category development and brand strategy with leading brands.
Moreover, you will also support the commercial teams in creating channel and customer plans.

As Senior Brand Manager, you will be working with many different stakeholders in Nutrition, Regulatory Affairs and Sales, which is why strong stakeholder management is crucial to succeed in this position. We also expect that you:

Have strong marketing and analytical skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Think strategic and brand focused
Are pro-active and shows ownership in your way of working.
Additionally, in order to meet deadlines, quality and stakeholders around you, it is significant that you can prioritize your tasks well.

Your experiences and qualifications
We expect that you have at least 5 years of experience with Marketing in FMCG (Pharma), in an international environment. Moreover, you are/have

Experienced in working in a multi-market setup
Able to lead cross-functional teams and to execute plans
Fluent in at least one Nordic language and English
have a solid theoretical background with a Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
On a daily basis, you will be using MS Office and Nielsen Answers Desktop, but you will also need a good understanding of SoMe and digital Channels. Sales experience is a plus in this position.
