Risk & Finance IT has met this challenge, delivering many critical initiatives including CAD II, FSI, Basel III and CRD IV. The continued demand for front-to-back transparency will require even greater collaboration to align data sources and establish common processes between the CRO and CFO businesses. R&F IT is an integral part of the global IT function that underpins the Bank's corporate reputation and is responsible for implementing best in class applications capable of receiving quality data in a timely manner.
As part of this organization, Market Risk IT Change is a team of approximately 80 business analysts across London, Singapore, Poland, and India. The market risk applications are receiving significant investment through critical regulatory programs including the BCBS Fundamental Review of the Trading Book, the FED CCAR initiative, and FINMA Pillar 2 commitments to migrate the target state business processes to a new strategic platform whilst continuing to add new functionality and capacity. This role will be closely collaborating with the Business Analysis and development teams globally as well as application owners, project managers and business users.
Responsibilities include:
As a Senior Business Analyst you will have significant subject matter expertise in market risk methodology and technical business analysis. You will be responsible for the creation of detailed business requirements and functional specifications which clearly describe the work planned across Market Risk systems.

Detailed understanding of market risk to work with business teams in order to produce functional specifications for implementation and validation of data

Facilitate requirement collation in partnership with Risk Change (Business BAs) and the methodology teams based in London, APAC & New York

Draft detailed Functional Specification Documents and drive requirement analysis and delivery

Be the requirements Subject Matter Expert (SME), managing and resolving questions arising from the development team, test team, clients and management

Conduct detailed walkthroughs for functionality and methodology context to development and test teams

Work with the Quality Assurance team to develop and support their understanding of quantitative methodology testing

Contribute to Market Risk IT Change best practices and standards strategy
As a BAs Team Leader your responsibilities will include:

Leading the local group of BAs

Work closely with Head of Market Risk IT Poland and global BAs management team

Participate in hiring process and selecting the right candidates to the team

Defining objectives, career paths and development plans for team members

Good partnership with global and local Market Risk team leaders

Represent the team inside and outside of Market Risk organization (summits, workshops and conferences)
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.You Offer Qualifications/competencies:

Significant experience in Risk IT (preferably Market Risk) or a similar business analysis role within a financial institution

Essential to have experience in business analysis practices such as requirements engineering, use cases, modelling business processes and test case analysis

You are able to translate requirements between business concepts and technical IT language

Solid experience with all phases of software development lifecycle

Experience in leading group of business analysts
