Responsible for creating benchmark quality and technically sound art for the game
Expected to set the standard of quality and innovation of making character art for the project
Understand, adapt and follow the direction set by art directors and the timeline by the lead artist
Create technically compliant art assets, which the quality is used as reference and learning material to lift standards across teams, while working with TAs, TDs, FX and lighting with minimum iterations.
Exercise efficiency in delivering project priorities in a timely manner.
Exercise autonomy by making responsible decisions and taking ownership of the deliverable with minimal supervision.
Work closely with fellow artists, programmers, animators, game designers and sound designers to create a cohesive asset for the game.
Provide support to maintain or improve on the character pipeline, if necessary.
Experience on AAA games
At least 5 years of experience in character modelling or any other relevant experience, preferably in the video game industry
Ability to collaborate with members of different teams and projects
Attention to details, with good communication skills
