The Supply Chain Finance Analyst will be working with the manager and business partners to provide decision supports and analyses to set & deliver annual financial targets and improve profitability & cashflow through various initiatives. This role requires good understanding on Commercial as well as Supply Chain to provide insights based on end-to-end picture of the business. In addition to tasks associated with regular business requirements, this role is expected to actively participate in various projects.
Detailed responsibilities include:
Partner with business partners & other finance teams to complete business planning & planning updates such as
Site Spend budgeting
KPI target setting such as Inventory, DOS, SLOB Expense, etc.
Analyze financial performance of business partners to provide meaningful inputs to support achievement of business targets.
Ensure finance compliance by providing business partners with guidelines.
Participate in ad-hoc projects to provide financial analyses & insights including
New product launch projects
Life-cycle management projects
Inventory optimization projects
M&A / Divestiture
Streamline business processes or introduce new tools to improve internal efficiency and business partnering
Perform individual performance management activities
Participates in training to increase knowledge & skill
Assists with training business partners or other finance team members
Volunteering activities for Regional Finance
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Bachelor’s degree majoring in Accounting or Finance is required. Financial certification in CPA, CMA or other financial certification is preferred
Minimum 5 years’ in finance, accounting or related business partnering experience
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office is required
Knowledge of general finance/accounting processes
Strong influencer, independent thinking and strong planning/prioritization are critical to success
Experienced professional with strong communication skills who is able to interact with senior management is required
