The team is responsible for providing clarity and ensure an effective control environment to all CCRO departments and functions in the areas of financial analysis and controlling, financial planning, forecasting and budgeting as well as financial business support. You will have the opportunity to work in a complex international environment and commit to the Finance capabilities of our Business Delivery Center in Wroclaw.
 
You will be responsible for growing variety of tasks:


Close collaboration with the CCRO function as a trusted advisor to provide relevant, timely, accurate and insightful analysis to enable and support decision-making about business cost performance against targets and help to identify cost saving opportunities

Preparation of financial analysis and ad hoc requests, calculations and commentary (MoM, vs Budget, vs Forecast)

Vendor Management - tracking of monthly Contractors and Consultant costs

Ensure that monthly cost reporting and financial closes are both timely and accurate

Active involvement in month-end closing, including the calculation of accruals

Preparation of monthly forecast for Direct Expenses

Support of the annual strategic planning and operational business plan processes

Budget demand collection, budget transfer calculation and submission

Maintenance of financial reporting hierarchy and ensuring changes are executed

Ensure adherence to GAAP and that processes are well-documented
 
Open to discussing flexible/agile working.You Offer 

You have a University degree in Accounting, Banking or Finance

You have Minimum 2 years of experience in a management reporting, finance or business analytics role

You are fluent verbal and written command in English, knowledge of German is an asset

You are able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strict deadlines on time

You are flair for data, numbers and figures

You possess excellent analytical skills and solid attention to details

You have very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

You possess knowledge of Essbase, MyShop or PeopleSoft is an advantage

You are team-oriented professional with ability to multi-task in a busy environment.
