As a Senior Global Regulatory Specialist, you will complement the existing Regulatory Sourcing team which is responsible for identifying, analysing and addressing new rules and regulations globally in order to facilitate timely compliance of Credit Suisse with new regulatory obligations.
 
This role will enable you to build in-depth expertise of the global financial regulatory landscape across all continents, to grow an extensive network with regulatory and compliance specialists and managers across the world as well as to form a substantial understanding of Credit Suisse’s global business footprint.

You will identify and analyse new rules and regulations globally.

You will interact with a diverse group of impacted partners including senior management from all divisions to ensure that new regulatory requirements are addressed appropriately within the organization.

You will manage relationships with senior stakeholders across all divisions, functions and regions.

You will maintain in-depth knowledge of Credit Suisse business operations and structures in all relevant jurisdictions.

You will lead and contribute to change projects which aim to enhance the Regulatory Change Management process as well as improve overall provision of the function’s service.

You will cooperate with members of our global Regulatory Foresight & Strategy department to increase collaboration and develop the Target Operating Model for Regulatory Change Management.

You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry, preferably in regulatory, legal & compliance or risk environment.

You have distinctive communication and presentation skills with an ability and confidence to discuss issues at senior level.

You are fluent in English; knowledge of any other language will be a plus.

You demonstrate solid attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude with ability to solve issues in effective and collaborative manner.

You have the ability to positively question the status-quo and strive for improvements.

You are a self-starter, motivated for professional and personal development.
