Senior International Client Consultant at Graduateland

The Senior International Client Consultant role focuses on strategic client advisory on the latest digital recruitment topics. You will join our dynamic team of other international client consultants and be responsible for advising a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies in Europe. You will work with tangible commercial targets and measurable KPIs, ensuring that you always have clear goals aligned with the scope of the role. We enjoy working together as a team, with loads of personal freedom and ownership as we push the boundaries of what’s possible with digital tools in today's recruitment.

Our Graduateland offices are located in central Copenhagen and the role includes in-person as well as online meetings, with an opportunity to travel to key European markets. Perks include lunch, snacks, sodas, great international colleagues and Friday bars!

You will be responsible for:


- Participating in HR events and facilitating client workshops
- Upselling, cross-selling and account managing clients
- Collaborating with our BI, product and marketing team
- Achieving sales targets by engaging clients online and in-person
