Senior Learning Design Specialist, Group Human Resources

Responsibilities

- Learning consultancy with the business on various learning needs using the CADDIE process
- Work with a dedicated team of Learning Designers to design & develop strategic learning interventions for various BU/SU in DBS, with focus on programmes for mid-senior executive and talent programmes
- Design and develop various learning content
- This is a single contributor role

Requirements

- Minimum Degree in any relevant field; Masters in Instructional Design a plus
- More than 10 years of the following relevant experience: learning design & development; talent management; consultancy; OD
- Must Haves

- Experienced in the design & development one or more of the following types of strategic learning interventions:

- Mid-senior managerial / leadership programmes
- Talent development programmes
- Digital transformation programmes
- Change management programmes
- C-suite development programmes


- Excellent consultation and stakeholder management skills with senior business leaders
- Strong project management skills
- Resourceful, able to multi-task, delivers under pressure and in ambiguous environments
- Comfortable in matrixed environment, with ability to create synergy with various stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Creative and willing to explore innovative ways of working
- Customer-centric, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in instructional design methodologies and psychology of learning

- Familiar with various profiling tools
- Experienced in the development of eLearning
- Familiar with the use of Articulate Rise
- Expert in the use and deployment of learning technologies (LMS, LXP, etc)
- Experienced in delivering and facilitating training
- Familiar with banking industry
- Possesses good cultural, business and digital acumen
- Skilled in media creation (video and graphics)
- Technologically savvy
