Identifying opportunities and potential for improvement to help clientsExpert knowledge about new tools and techniques for payment and financial services areaManaging the delivery of high quality consultancy engagements in the CEE regionHelping to intensify the business relationships with key clientsSupporting CEE Consulting Team in achieving the goals for the regions as well as support AccountManaging of internal project team members / third party consultantsResponsibility for the project budgets - monitor progress throughoutContributing to consulting sales and delivery targets
Substantial experience in retail banking, payment card industry or merchant retail businessPrevious experience in consulting with proven project deliveries - desirable but not essentialProject experience in a digital and technology-driven environmentExcellent analytical skills - knowledge of data analytics methodologies and tools, use of data insights for business growthExcellent client relationship management skillsSales orientation, experience selling major projects/ideas to senior management/clientsFluent in English and Polish - verbal and writtenExcellent presentation and communication skills including an ability to comprehend and convey technical information to a non-technical audience
