The function
Within the Non-Financial Risk domain we are looking for a Senior Manager Digitalisation, who will report hierarchically to the Global Head of Non-Financial Risk.
You will bear full responsibility on the development of Digitalisation of NFR processes by using AI, Robotics and data analytics. w.r.t. non-financial risk areas on a global level as well as for the global GRC-tool iRisk.
This role requires experience in operating in a complex, international environment ensuring consistency and change experience along with the different areas like Global Operational Risk management, Informational Risk management, CSI. It combines Senior Leadership with a Risk focused attitude, analytical skills and broad banking knowledge.

You are also responsible for the internal NFR innovation pipeline in order to establish continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities
Beside the above, you'll be (responsible for):

- Developing, embedding and rollout of NFR data analytics strategy globally;
- Digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotics activities in NFR globally;
- Global iRIsk data ownership (NFR Database and tooling) responsible for strategic development;
- The global NFR Data Quality;
- Chair of Irsik Userboard;
- Global dashboard development, generic NFR Reporting etcetera;
- Automating NFR Processes globally.

Your working environment
The Programme Director NFR Regulatory Program Delivery is part of the MT NFR.
Non-Financial Risk (NFR) is part of the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and consists of the following departments:

- Corporate Security & Investigations (CSI)
- Corporate Information Risk Management (CIRM)
- Corporate Operational Risk Management (CORM)
- Independent Validation Unit (IVU)ING wants NFR to reach its full potential in a responsible manner. It does this by embedding the management of non-financial risks within all levels of the organisation and making them an integral part of each employees daily routine.

Your profile:
Education:


- Doctoral / Master in Science or equivalent

Skills:

- Very strong managerial and leadership skills;
- Proven record in implementing complex (technical) changes;
- In-depth knowledge of and experience in NFR and digitalisation, Artificial Intelligence and Robotics;
- Be able to prepare the organisation for the changes due to the technological evolution;
- In-depth knowledge of iRisk- and ARIS-tools.
