•\tTo facilitate the main key stakeholders to define strategic priorities and monitor the deliverables & drive business projects to achieve the company's KPI
•\tImplement change interventions that drive behavioral change at personal and company levels
•\tDevelop change plan with other business unit executives to ensure delivery is clear, consistent, and connected with each of the objectives

Job responsibilities:

- Work closely with main stakeholders to define strategic priorities and communicate and explain strategic priorities throughout the company
- Drive Business projects to achieve the company's KPI
- Implement change interventions that drive behavioral change at personal & company levels, enabling staff to realize benefits gains through collaborative working practices & procedural changes
- Work as liaison / facilitator among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate & validate scope and requirements for changes to policies, business process, and / or systems
- Develop change plan with business unit executives to ensure delivery is clear, consistent, and connected with each of the objective
- Provide insight or best practice to business users to achieve project initiatives while to ensure proper internal & external controls are proceeded and implemented


Job requirements:


- Bachelor Degree or above
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance experience
- With project and change management or transformation role experience is a plus
- Six Sigma qualification is an advantage
- LEAN training
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills
- Well communication skills and able to drive change in fast paced environment
