Responsibilities
Pre-installation/production phase:
Accountable & Responsible for:
Attend FAT inspections and qualification tests and ensure that the test reports are submitted to customer for approval within 15 days from the date of completion of the test
Create Track works Quality Check lists and procedures including frequency of checking as per EN/AREMA/ASTM/applicable standards
Support and identify local 3rd party testing agencies for track works quality inspection and control
Create and define NCR procedure for track work in correlation with the EPCC procedure
Create and implement PSLI for track works and follow up with all stake holders for closure of open items in the PSLI
Ensure Construction / Installation teams are using the latest installation drawings only
Installation Phase:
Accountable & Responsible for:
Perform On-Arrival inspection of all track works materials and close out open issues related to the supplier deliveries within 15 days from date of delivery
Issue NCR and follow up until closure
Identify preventive and corrective actions for issues related to production and installation quality
Monitor PSLI
Conduct quality inspection checks and inspection on a regular basis
Coordinate with Customer for securing No objection on site quality checks
Ensure all defined quality requirements in the Project QAP are 100% adapted
Ensure all defined testing requirements in the Technical Specifications are 100% complied
Post Installation Phase

Manage and close out all NCR’s related to quality
Maintain Quality Inspection records
Prepare, submit and coordinate until No-objection from customer for Site Quality records
Monitor product quality and provide feedback to project management team
Coordinate with supplier to close out all quality related issues
Prepare, submit and secure no objection of track work maintenance manual
Job Specifications
Knowledge & Experience :
7 to 10 years of related experience in Metro / Mainline Railway projects
Awareness of track quality checking and construction methodologies
Knowledge in MS Office
Behavioural and Technical Skills:
Good team spirit and communication skills
Initiatives, self-motivated for technical matters and speed learning
Autonomy and rigour
Willing to work in Night and Day Shifts
