Services Manager, Rayong, Thailand – Process Automation
Provide strong leadership to the Service team and to grow the Service Business in Thailand.
Responsible for assignment of responsibilities within the service department to ensure effective and efficient use of resources.
Responsible for the Run rate business comprising of On-demand Service, Spares, Repairs / MEP and Training.
Protect Installed Based leveraging on our strategic service strategy.
Meeting utilization targets including requests for internal sales support and technical emergency support.
Provide guidance to Senior Service Engineers and Service Engineers in handling customer situations and addresses customer satisfaction issues that may compromise relationship.
Manage delivery of service agreements (Customers First) and of NPOC service projects (no project manager required and project documentation) also.
Schedule personnel responding to critical situations, cover On-call emergency corrective support 24/7 as well as day to day external & internal service requests. (e.g. repair, preventative maintenance & engineering change upgrades of the company’s products etc.)
Actively partner with the customer to diagnose problems and identify business development opportunities that maximize margins and revenues for Schneider Electric and positively impact the customer.
Maintain communication with TAC management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or escalate problems to the APAC & Global Customer Support.
Use product knowledge, system knowledge and experience to insure the compatibility, interoperability and architecture of the proposed system solution.
Partner with Sales to promotion Customers First, Life-Cycle Workshop, Advance Digital Service and Complex upgrades.
Ensure adequate system records are maintained.
Enforce compliance with ISO standards, Safety compliance and establish and enforce standard organizational standards/work processes.

This role is expected to deliver the following key outcomes to the business;
Achieving financial objectives and delivering initiatives within the delivery workstream for Thailand and APAC.
Revenue, Gross margin, margin improvement, Service engineers Utilize, customer satisfaction.
Develop and grow a High Performing Delivery organization.
Drive Delivery Service excellence program for Thailand.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor Degree or Master in Instrument, Control, Electrical related field Engineering
Job Related Experience:
Experienced in Service management or project management, Team Management or Supervisor at least 10 years.
General business management experience
Ability to effectively implement new technologies, products or application to address technology needs for the business.
Business Understanding:
Strong understanding of Industrial Controls and Automation
Strong understanding in the Power and Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage
Strong understanding of key industrial segments ie; Distributed Control System, Safety process or control system in Petrochemical, Gas & Oil, Power Plant or etc. process.
