You will be responsible for:
Serving Sales Team Management Team on optimizing Sales performance to ensure sales productivity improvement and resource effectiveness and by providing solid data analytics and generate trending and insight
Working with global team and IT on REXIS maintenance, administration and add-on functions development to support the sales team improve the sales effectiveness by the tool of REXIS
Managing sales target setting (both in market & to Market), territory alignment, Sales team structuring & sizing by SOP
Enhancing Sales Operation Capability by update Selling Process SOP with leading and monitoring KPI.
Developing performance management dashboard and providing insights from internal data analysis & internal/external reports identify both the commercial & capability opportunities.
Co-working with SFE CSM system team on function customization to ensure the seamless connection between Selling Process and system maintenance.
Working closely with key interfaces inside MS-LS including Marketing, Sales, and BD team, and design cross function collaboration process to ensure efficient sales execution.
Liaising with other functional and operational areas within company to ensure joint project prompt follow-up and benefit BA
In conjunction with Commercial Operation team, refine and optimize the distributor management, leverage distributors strength and strategy with Roche’s long-term development strategy.
Working with IT team to leverage BI, Performance Management, and other SFE relevant tools and resource.
Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
Conducting business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection
Understanding and fulfilling the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook)
You should have:
University graduate with major in Business Management or related disciplines.
At least 5 years working experience in multinational companies in Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry.
Experience as a Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operation, Business Strategy & Planning. Experience in project definition and analysis identifying business needs and requirements.
Experience in developing plans and measures, liaising with and engaging cross function and exposure in technical project management is preferable. Previous Strategy & Planning experience in Agency is desirable.
Familiarity with CRM/ ETMS and BI tools and VBA application is a must.
