Key Qualifications

Prior experience in sales with good customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new applications
Ability to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms
Ability to multitask and sustain high accuracy and work performance
Strong comprehension and problem solving skills
Results driven and demonstrates high degree of drive and determination

Flexibility to work on a shifting schedule
Familiarity in using Apple products is a plus
Description

The Apple Specialist is expected to learn about Apple and become an expert on Apple product features and related accessories. Understanding Apple’s digital lifestyle strategy and how our various products fit into it is key to providing consultative solutions to customers based on their needs through the Apple Online Store Customer Engagement model. The Apple Specialist will also need to understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes to appropriately set customer expectations after they have placed their order (e.g. “what happens next”) to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchase experience. The Apple Specialist needs to function comfortably in a fast,performance based contact center environment and effectively nurture relationships by providing a unique managed experience.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma or equivalent. New graduates are welcome to apply.
