Handle all aspects of front line service activities
Deliver services to customers with professionalism, integrity and service excellence
Maintain good clientele relationship.
Identify and assist in developing business opportunities and generate leads to commercial team
Support all marketing efforts in cross-selling and up-selling SME Advisory Centre and group related services.
Assist in the development/ enhancement/ implementation of systems and/or procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of front-end activities
Drive corporate activities in achieving targets
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all aspects of the front-line service activities, ensuring smooth operations.
Attend to customers’ enquiries and job requests received via SME Advisory Centre’s emails with professionalism, integrity and service excellence.
Actively promote / cross-sell or up-sell other DP products / services.
Achieve deliverables on customers’ requirements through effective communication and co-ordination with back-end operations.
Drive and execute new projects assigned.
Maintain thorough knowledge of company products/services.
Maintain thorough knowledge of Business Concierge Service (BCS) Partners’ products and services, and recommend/ generate referrals for BCS partners where appropriate.
Build relationship with SME Advisory Centre customer base to provide a continual relationship.
Initiate, develop, execute and implement ideas to increase efficiency, reduce cost or increase revenue for SME Advisory Centre.
Prepare SME Advisory Centre’s cashier reports. Coordinate with internal finance department on all SME Advisory Centre’s finance-related matters.
Liaise with SME Advisory Centre’s Business Partners including billing matters
Any other matters assigned.
Diploma or A Levels or equivalent (Fresh graduates welcome)
O Levels graduate with at least 2-3 years of customer service and/or sales operation role.
