Mentoring other developers for coding excellence, thoroughness, and execution
Supports, maintains, and improve the production systems
Optimizing the performance, cost and reliability of the software/hardware
Manage user requests and expectation
Manage and automate the installation/setup of computers which includes test machines, build machines, and test beds, physical and virtual machines (OpenStack cloud - Windows and Linux).
Monitor, follow, and resolve incidents related to operation of the production system
Improve the pipeline, reliability, and performance of production systems.

The success of the project is the main objective, success also means growing the studio competencies
Working closely with key stakeholders to influence and drive the application of best ideas, and technical strategy alignment
Adopt a Lead studio attitude: solve problems, contribute, anticipate, and develop a strong Ubisoft culture.
Minimum of 2-3 years software engineering experience
Passionate about DevOps, autonomous, and a self-starter
Demonstrated experience in Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery
Demonstrated experience working on build machines, data/code pipelines, deployment pipelines, build dashboards, and build strategies
Experience in source control, preferably in P4
Full stack developer, skillful in Python & Perl
Knowledgeable on C++ and C#.
Have an excellent debugging skills.
Have worked in environments of Operational Excellence (99.9% availability).
