What you'll do
You will be a member of the Greater China Technology Solution Team as a solution architect with primary focus on Smart Building, Smart Campus and relevant engagements. You will utilize consultative skills to work with various functions across Cisco Greater China, ISVs, SIs and customers to identify, incubate and deliver solutions.
You are the first point of contact in Taiwan for solution development. You will be responsible for collecting requirements from the field, orchestrate technology components from both Cisco and ISVs to create solutions that can be sold in volume.
You will work with your team members, SEs and ISVs to validate solutions before formally introduce to sales teams.
You will be responsible to work out practical solution delivery approaches with ISVs / SIs / CX to ensure solutions can be implemented with controlled risks.
You will either act as a lead consultant for lighthouse solution engagement deliveries or an engagement manager for ISV-led solution deliveries.

Who You Are
You are a customer -focused technical and architectural sales professional that is passionate about the customer experience and excited about new technology. You are creative and determined to build strong relationships with customers and partners in positions that directly or indirectly influence the procurement process, including direct relationships with IT and business executives at assigned customers up through the C-level. You use consultative skills and conversations to uncover and take on customer needs; articulate associated business benefits of the solutions.
Our Minimum Qualifications
5 years+ architect experience in Smart Building and Smart Campus, with technical specialization in IoT.
Smart manufacturing knowledge and consulting experiences will be a definite plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, experience working with cross-functional teams. A high degree of creative ability and curiosity, analytical thinking, and general business insight.
