Description

We are recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our Kitchen Brigade at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small enthusiastic kitchen team.
As Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and Executive Chef to ensure the kitchen is running in a smooth and efficient manner. Working in various sections of the kitchen, you will produce food to the highest standard using a range of innovative cooking styles and techniques.
Overtime paid.
A passion and motivation for food are essential to this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record showing career development and a drive for success hardworking team player who is passionate about food, and has great attention to detail. As sous chef you will also be in charge of banqueting and have the ability to manage and train the brigade to deal with functions running simultaneously with up to 200 guests.

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar quality establishment. A good working knowledge of English required.
