Description

* 客户战略
* 制定电商重点客户的发展战略,确定发展目标、战略重点和主要实现手段
* 参与电商重点客户的电商渠道发展战略制定与实施
* 主持年度E-Commerce客户战略执行情况的回顾

* 客户管理
* 领导重点电商客户的重要谈判
* 在与电商沟通时协助E-Merchandising部门推动Merchandising策略
* 领导发展重点电商客户关系,与重点电商客户进行战略探讨,将客户反馈转化成对工作的指导

* 销售管理
* 制定并下达各EKA年度销售目标
* 制定并下达各EKA年度费用、利润目标
* 与E-TM合作制定年度预算方案,并下达年度EKA OCA%和PA%总预算 , 并且负责落实
* 关注电商市场状况,做出销售目标的动态管理决策
* 主持全国年度和月度EKA销售回顾,跟踪执行、销售和P&L目标达成情况

* 促销管理

* 与E-TM合作,制定年度费用计划
* 指导、审批电商客户促销机制设计及促销计划

* 与E-TM合作,根据电商网站周期制定临时促销活动
* 与E-TM一起进行月度和年度本组客户促销的效果评估,总结经验教训
