Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in agreement consultation/development, contracting or executive vending in a technology, media and/or finance company.
Experience engaging directly with enterprise customers to lead commercial and contractual negotiations, independently handling objections, socializing customer requests with internal stakeholders and coordinating approvals.
Experience in engaging with C-Level executives.
Experience in developing agreement structures and using presentation software to facilitate communications.
Experience in managing projects on negotiation and execution of strategic enterprise agreements.

As a Strategic Negotiator, you will be a strategic business partner to the Field Sales teams, managing enterprise consultations and accelerating agreement closure timelines while mitigating commercial and contractual risk across all Google Cloud products. Additionally, you will use market knowledge to discuss and consult on solutions that support Google Cloud’s growth.

Partner with Sales teams to lead on the creation of agreement structures and consult with commercial and contractual aspects of Google Cloud directly with customers.
Engage with internal cross-functional stakeholders as needed on agreements and lead efforts to obtain and document all required agreement approvals.
Advise Sales teams on structure and commercial aspects of agreements.
Chair and coordinate internal approvals required for contracts.
Build productive relationships and feedback loops with Legal, Finance, Sales and Product teams to drive efficiencies.
