主な職務と責任/ Key Responsibilities
Improve effectiveness and efficiency of the planning/engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery/logistics of clients' business processes to create a strategic, competitive advantage.
Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management.
Provide expertise on supply chain strategies and segmentation, developing supply chain analytics solutions and conducting assessment of supply chain planning processes.
Guide team in resolving supply chain issues by implementing global strategic sourcing, data analytics, logistics, reverse logistics, cost/benefit distribution models, and international trade regulation compliance.
Lead the development of proposals, pricing models and timelines, and deliver presentations on these findings to senior executives.
Lead team in developing models to forecast demand to effectively manage inventory, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of channel distribution, and increase profitability.
Implement leading practices for Contract Management processes to effectively manage contract publishing, negotiations, amendments, and compliance.
Oversee the development of Go-To-Market strategy via channel development, new product introduction, channel incentive planning, supply chain refashioning, distribution modelling and inventory planning.
Minimize risk by diversifying sourcing and creating risk mitigation strategies to hedge against business uncertainties.
Streamline supply-chain process, reduce cycle time, and eliminate quality issues to enhance product delivery effectiveness and efficiency.

- Demonstrable understanding of the home entertainment industry, market & supply chain
- Demonstrable understanding of art working, repro, print procurement, print production, manufacturing and distribution processes
- Supply chain management experience in the home entertainment industry or closely-related field
- Experience of using Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
- Experience of working in an International context
- Experience of localization work, such as authoring, arrangement of subtitle/dubbing, quality check.
- English language capability (Read & Write)
