Plan, develop, and execute regional logistics strategies in accordance with global strategy, to assure operational and cost excellenceLead all logistics operations including warehousing and distribution, road and sea freight, customer serviceBe responsible for logistics budget, drive cost improvement by both leveraging and improving vendor performance, and continuous improvement of internal processesBe accountable for global projects, assuring they are executed in efficient and timely manner and that the objectives are metLead, coach and develop subordinate team of 5 employees (specialists and coordinators)
Higher education in Logistics or Business ManagementMinimum 5 years of experience in supply chain function covering the following fields: warehousing, distribution, supply planningMinimum 2-3 years of experience as a people managerExperience in delivering the objectives in international, matrix structuresKnowledge of continues improvement tools and practicesVery good analytics and planning skillsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluent English
