Role synopsis
·The SC PMA has accountability for the development, delivery and tracking of Supply Chain projects within Vietnam.
·The SC PMA provides Project Management and integration support to projects within Vietnam and drives timely delivery of each project by monitoring progress, project scheduling, and adherence to Project Management processes across the overall portfolio.
·The SC PMA also supported the Vietnam Manufacturing Manager and CF Manager on developing, monitoring and tracking the delivery of CI (continuous improvement) benchmark elements across Vietnam Supply Chain.
·The SC PMA is responsible to collect and analyze data to support all Operation Excellence initiatives and programs.
·The SC PMA is in charge of maintaining the PMR tracking file, joining all CMR meetings together with the Supply Planning and Purchasing Managers to monitor, update the progress of all marketing projects and follow up with the action plan to ensure all actions are closed by the respective persons in time.
·The SC PMA is in charge of searching the market intelligence to collect data of relevant 3P toll blenders in Vietnam, developing a strategy for toll blend option in order to support BCP (business continuity plan).
·The SC PMA supports Manufacturing and CF Managers to develop the master plan for GSC VN for the next 5 years.

Key accountabilities
For each project, the SC PMA is responsible for:
· Ensuring each project has a defined resource structure and defined accountabilities.
· A documented project scope, milestone plan & the key deliverables
· A tracking mechanism & report against project KPI’s
· A Management of Change document and process for re-evaluation at each stage of Capital Value Process
· Monitoring the baseline financials for each project and challenging delivery as required
· Supporting Individual Project Managers by providing regular updates and timely, accurate information to aid consolidation of Transformation road map reporting
· Developing and manage a delivery plan across all projects

· Identifying and actively manage cross-portfolio risks, issues and dependencies to reduce impact on project delivery
· Monthly review and update of each Project in Pipeline & Tracker systems

For operational CI programs, the SC PMA is responsible for:
· Proposing the CI programs/initiatives and prioritise them
· Identifying persons/functions in charge of every CI programs which have been endorsed to implement by the Manufacturing and/or CF Managers.
· Working with the SPA of the programs to understand the required resources and flagging up any resource constraint with proposed solutions.
· Supporting Individual Program SPA by providing regular updates and timely, accurate information to aid the monitoring and delivery of the programs.
For data collection and analysis, the SC PMA is responsible for:
· Working closely with the OE teams to understand the data collection and analysis requirements.
· Analysing the data to understand the insights and develop proposals for management decision.
· Updating and tracking the delivery of OE programs.

For 3P toll blenders, the SC PMA is responsible for:
· Developing market intelligence.
· Developing strategy by reviewing product portfolio and proposing products to be toll blended.
· Working closely with the A&P Contract Manufacturing Manager to evaluate and propose the selection of toll blender following required process.
· Managing the toll blenders’ performances.

For Master Plan, the SC PMA is responsible for:
· Collecting ideas, opinions, wish list, requirements and proposals from GSC VN staff.
· Together with the Manufacturing and CF Managers to develop the Master Plan with clear priority in terms of investment.
· Tracking the implementation of the Master Plan.

Essential Education
Bachelors Degree/ Master Degree

Essential experience and job requirements
¨ Extensive knowledge of country supply chain activities. Possesses at least 8 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, with a proven track record in project management.
¨ Ability to engage, build relationships with and influence senior leadership and key business stakeholders
¨ Experience in major projects &/or logistics activities
¨ Experience in driving change, managing conflicting priorities and re-directing resources to achieve outcomes
¨ Familiarity with best practice project, program and portfolio management practices
¨ Experience with performance management
