Supply Chain Specialist
Works with Franchise Heads for annual selling price and communicate to Customer Service Team.
Updates contract price list of all franchises into the SAP system upon requested.
Places orders for replacement parts and/or for correcting errors such as shipment of wrong item of shortages as directed.
Performs data analysis regarding inventory, customer’s requirement, advanced sourcing to ensure the effective service level.
Works with Demand Planning Team regarding products ordering and follow up.
Monitors, maintains and supports departmental metrics and controls.
Develops and implements cost effectiveness improvement projects.
Tracks change order with warehouse and Demand Planning team in order to assure the service level meets up with standard requirement.
Enters and updates data in the system to support forecasting process for assigned franchises.
Gathers information regarding quotation and suppliers lists from Franchise Secretaries / Coordinators in order to establish E-bidding in ARIBA system.
Records OCD products after installment into SAP system.
Coordinates with all concerned parties namely warehouse and CFS to ensure smooth operation.
• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management
• At least 2 – 3 years relevant work experience in logistics
Knowledge & Skills:
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good computer skills, preferably SAP knowledge with EDI, uploading program experiences
