Job Purpose:
The T&E Associate supports the T&E Operations Team within NGSCKL, enabling the execution of quality services & effectiveness. The T&E Operations Team is responsible for the overall operational activities within T&E by executing accounting related matters, processing of Expense Reports, handling reimbursement queries and Compliance related matters. The T&E Associate will deliver excellent technical and non-technical support for T&E related processes and system solutions. The position requires a customer centric, diligent, hard-working individual with experience working in a Customer Solution environment and knowledge of T&E processes with solutions to drive outstanding customer service and operational efficiency. The role entails the provision of services within the scope of T&E daily operations delivery, month end activities, reporting and customer support, acting as a front line support to T&E queries in the role of an operational SME.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management and Service Delivery

• Support transition and is responsible for successful knowledge transfer within the agreed timeline
• Knowledge retention within T&E scope and monitor critical deliverables
• Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues related to T&E processes and systems as a role of SME
• Collaborates with and supports stakeholders to solve more complex issues related to the T&E processes
• Participate and assist in driving the T&E knowledge management process including the development of user manuals, knowledge bases, FAQs, etc.
• Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and T&E KPIs targets.
• Actively initiate, participate and support in project/ continuous improvement of T&E processes in quality and to sustain a highly effective and efficient process, and areas of standardization to optimize cost effectiveness
• Own the delivery of all T&E daily operational tasks ensuring accuracy and timeliness:
o Process and review Expense Reports in line with Novartis Expense Policy and flags any incompliance
o Ensure claims are good to pay and on timely manner
o Act as SME for Novartis Expense Policy for internal and external stakeholders
o Attend and resolve employee inqueries on T&E & Corporate Card within the SLA including system interface troubleshooting (if required)
o General and Customer service including delegations, reminders, investigation on specific cases and reporting analysis.
o Actively follow up to close and resolve aged open claims with propose solution (if required)
