Your Roles and Tasks
 
 



Main Task 1       KDQR processing and closure




KD quality resolution  -
understand and process 0Km issues from KD plants

Analyze and assign KDQRs from KD plants to issue responsible stake
holders in MFTBC

Follow up with stake holders for the proper closure of KDQRs /
issues

Claim management – Monetary claim cost and parts related to
approved KDQRs

Monthly reports preparation on KPI achieved and counter measure for
the targets not achieved

Weekly update on KDQR status to all stake holders




 



Main Task 2       Project management - KD plant audits
& IT tool development




Manage emerging KD plant projects from Quality management stand
point

KD plant audits part of Quality release process

Follow up and closure of points with KD plants related to audit and
Quality release

Create concepts for the improving the overall process of KDQR work
flow and realizing the same by development of IT tools
