Marketing Sales and Customer Services Trucks Asia

 

It is the Sales and Marketing teams who get our engineering innovations on to the road. We develop and future-proof our sales and service network, and determine the strategic orientation of key business processes. Customer satisfaction and market penetration are our top priorities. Key areas include strategic marketing and product management, sales, order management, market management, aftersales, marketing and communications, network development, management and support.

 

 

Description of the business unit and role

 

FUSO Academy is responsible for all Sales and Customer Services retail training operations in Japan. For overseas markets, we are responsible for training our general distributers and MPC’s with train the trainer programs. Program and content development is, apart from training delivery, one of the core focus areas for FUSO Academy.

The incumbent of this position is leading the Technical Training Operation Fuso (Truck) and is responsible for all Customer Services Training (technical & non-technical) in domestic retail Japan.


 

Main task areas


• Leading the team for Technical Training Operation Fuso (Truck)
• Implementing the training strategy for Customer Services in Japan
• Managing 4 domestic training locations (Osaka-Nanko, Kitsuregawa, Shimonoseki & Sendai)


Staff structure & internationality


The team consists of 10 domestic technical and 2 non-technical trainers (Service Advisor & Parts Specialist).

 

Cross-functional and/or cross divisional interfaces


Close alignment with following departments is crucial for the success of our training: Customer Services Japan, Research & Development, Marketing Communication, Sales Organization Japan, Quality Management, Procurement, Legal & Compliance and all FUSO Academy related functions.
