We are looking for an energetic, highly organized individual to join the Talent Acquisition Team.  In this role, you will develop and execute strategies related to attracting, sourcing and selecting the top video game talent for the Singapore studio. Your strong passion for recruitment will help you manage and deliver on demand requirements. Your proven track record in recruiting for the video game industry (or a related sector) coupled with your hands on approach and drive for excellence will result in success for the studio in building production teams of international quality.

Recruitment’ strategy and branding
The TA Manager is to build recruitment infrastructure and strategy to recruit high quality candidates in all areas (programming/artistic/administration)
Partnering with to hiring managers regularly maximise and improve recruitment strategies and progresses
Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top talent
Underscore the overall Ubisoft employment brand in all activities and industry events
Stay current with trends related to recruitment in video game industry, incorporates these trends into Singapore’s recruitment strategy where appropriate
Recruitment’s process
Recruit for various roles for the production of video game; responsible for the hiring process, from the search to the signing of the candidate
Optimize technology and tools that support the Ubisoft recruitment strategy i.e. Job portal, Social Media etc.
Relevant Experience:
At least 7-8 years of progressive tech recruiting experience
Worked with local schools for campus recruitment and/or graduate program
Experience recruiting for AAA games (is an asset)

Other Skills:
Knowledge of video game industry and recruiting in gaming (is an asset)
Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, and leadership
Autonomous, dynamic and results oriented
Adaptable/flexible; understands the dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Familiar with e-recruitment tools and social media
Strong Excel, PowerPoint and report building skills
Enjoys working in a fast paced environment and having fun!
